Pan African Virtual Airline (VA) is a free to use, non-profit organization and as such we have rules and regulations that all our members need to abide by in order to fly for the VA.

The following is a list of rules and regulations, that our members need to conform to:

• You are at least 13 years old and have parental consent if required
• You agree to complete at least 1 flight per month
• You own a legal copy of MS Flight simulator, Prepar3d, or X-Plane
• There is to be NO foul, vulgar, sexist, racist, or other foul remarks made by any of our members to anybody else, whether part of this virtual airline or not
• You must have a valid email address
• You must comply with all VATSIM/IVAO/PilotEdge and any other platforms where our VA is represented
• By becoming a member of our VA any contributions you make to it becomes permanently part of it (Example: Aircraft liveries, logos, flights, tutorials, etc.)
• You agree to not distribute our resources available for pilots without authorization from our staff
